Delivery and return conditions

Delivery:

We process orders within 1-2 business days and send the products according to your choice either via Matkahuolto or by post. When your order has been mailed, you will receive a confirmation in your e-mail. When the package arrives at the pick-up point, you will be notified either by e-mail or as a text message to your mobile phone.

We deliver orders mainly to Finland. If necessary, ask about deliveries to other EU regions as well.
We do not replace items lost by the post office.

Shipping costs:
According to the delivery fees of Suomen Posti and Matkahuolto.

Return:

Before returning, contact us and we will agree on the details related to the return.

The complaint period after picking up the product is 7 days. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the collection date.

The returned product must be in its original condition and resalable.

We do not refund the original delivery costs of the order, and we do not compensate for the costs caused by the return. The returner pays the return freight and is responsible for the item until it is received.

We do not redeem returns sent by cash on delivery.

When returning a defective or broken product, an explanation of the quality of the defect must be given. The product can be returned without additional costs for the buyer. Ask us for our return agreement number.

Uncollected consignments:

For the costs incurred by our company from deliveries that are left uncollected from the office without a cancellation notice and that we have to resend, we charge the costs incurred for the return and resending in advance or with a separate invoice.

Shipments broken during delivery:

Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, the transport company does not always manage to deliver packages intact.

For this reason, it is good to check the condition of the package and any damage to the product when picking up the shipment.

If the shipment has been damaged during postal transport, report the damage to the transport company IMMEDIATELY.

Also contact the merchant, and we will agree on the delivery of the new product.
