Delivery:

We process orders within 1-3 business days and send the products by post. Once your order has been posted, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be notified either by email or by text message on your mobile phone when the package arrives at the pickup point.

We mainly deliver orders to Finland. Other delivery areas are Sweden, Estonia, Germany and the United Kingdom. If necessary, ask about deliveries to other EU countries.
We do not compensate for items lost by the post office.


Shipping costs:
According to Finnish Post's delivery fees. 

Return:

Order a return code at posti.fi/palautapaketti by entering the shipping code (a code starting with JJFI). Return the package to any Posti ATM or post office according to the instructions you received.

The complaint period is 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The returned product must be in its original condition and resalable.

We will not refund the original shipping costs of the order, nor will we reimburse any costs incurred in returning the item. The returner will pay the return shipping and be responsible for the item until it is received.

We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery.

When returning a faulty or broken product, a statement must be provided about the nature of the defect. The product can be returned without incurring any additional costs to the buyer. Ask us for our return agreement number.

Uncollected shipments:

For costs incurred by our company for deliveries that are not picked up from the office without a cancellation notice and that we have to resend, we will charge the costs incurred for the return and resend in advance or on a separate invoice.

Shipments damaged in delivery:

Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, the shipping company does not always manage to deliver packages intact.

For this reason, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package and any possible damage to the product when you pick up the shipment.

If the shipment is damaged in transit, report the damage to the shipping company IMMEDIATELY.

Please also contact the merchant and we will arrange delivery of the new product.
